Every home we deliver starts on our Texas workshop floor. Tour the facility, watch the build process, walk through floor plans at 1:1 scale, and pick finishes in person. Visits by appointment only — walk-ins are not accepted.

Stop 01

Frame & chassis line

See how we build the steel-reinforced frame, set the chassis (for park models), and layer the subfloor insulation and moisture barriers that go under your floors.

Stop 02

Walls, roof & MEP

Watch wall panels get framed, insulated, and wired. Meet the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) team. Every system is inspected before drywall goes on.

Stop 03

Finish floor & fixtures

Kitchens, baths, appliances, cabinetry, flooring, trim. Test drawer closes. Sit on counters. Compare stone samples under gallery lighting.

Stop 04

Walk-through models

Tour three fully-finished model homes set up like showrooms. Standing-height, all lights on, all drawers open. Sit in the living room. Picture your furniture.
