How much does a custom tiny home cost?
Custom builds start from $58,900 and average $85,000-$130,000 fully loaded. Your final price depends on size, finishes, systems, and any off-grid package. You approve the final number before the build begins.
Is the $3,000 deposit refundable?
The deposit is applied directly to your total build cost. If you cancel after design approval, the design package itself represents the deposit’s value. Before design approval, cancellation terms are detailed in your signed agreement.
Can I finance my custom build?
Yes. Our lending partners finance custom builds with terms from 5 to 25 years. Down payments start at 5% and we can roll the deposit into your loan at closing for most buyers.
Do you build off-grid homes?
Yes. Our off-grid package includes a 3-5 kW solar array, lithium battery bank, inverter, fresh-water holding tanks, and an RV-grade greywater system. Full-off-grid builds add approximately $18,000-$28,000.
Where can you deliver my custom home?
All 48 contiguous states. Delivery is quoted based on distance from our Texas factory; typical delivery runs $2,400-$7,400. Alaska and Hawaii delivery is available on request.
Do I need land before I start?
No — many buyers begin their build before securing land. Our build queue takes 3-6 months, which gives you time to finalize land, run utilities, and prep a pad before your home is delivered.
Can I change my mind mid-build?
Minor finish changes are welcome up to 60 days before delivery. Structural changes after design approval may incur a change-fee; your build manager walks you through any cost impact before confirming.
