The Contact for price base price includes the full home as shown: framing, insulation, exterior finishes, appliances, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and interior finishes. Add-ons such as solar, upgraded finishes, custom layout changes, or transport beyond the free-delivery zone are quoted separately.

How long until delivery?

Typical factory build time is 10-14 weeks. Delivery coordination adds 1-3 weeks depending on your state. Total order-to-move-in is typically 3-5 months.

Can I customize the The Orion?

Yes. Minor customizations (finishes, appliances, cabinet colors) are standard. Layout changes or major modifications move into our Custom Build program, same factory and same warranty.

What financing is available?
