A full-width covered front porch runs across the front face with white deck flooring, white-painted square posts, and white horizontal-rail railings. Peaked metal-clad roof, single front door with a sidelight, and an oversize-permit transport chassis underneath everything. Set on cinder-block piers after delivery.
