The exterior is intentionally understated: mossy-grey horizontal lap siding with white window and door trim, a low-pitch gabled roof, sliding center patio doors that turn the front face into a usable indoor-outdoor connection point. Single-section transport width keeps oversize-permit costs low and gives you placement flexibility most multi-section units don’t offer.

Inside, the layout dedicates real square footage to two separately walled bedrooms. The primary suite sits at one end with a queen-bed footprint plus a reach-in closet; the secondary bedroom — functional for guests, kids, or a true home office — sits at the opposite end.
