These factories are located across Texas, with many homes coming from Burleson, Texas, Mansfield, Texas, and Athens, Texas. As a Skyline Champion owned retailer, we are able to offer factory-direct pricing and our own unique line of floor plans. Tiny Homes USA has no other retail location yet aside from the main factory in Texas. Every manufactured home Tiny Homes USA sells is professionally designed and engineered. Our manufactured homes and modular homes are built by carpenters and skilled tradesmen to meet the proper building code – whether it is the national, state or local code. Constructed indoors in a controlled factory environment, our prefab homes are inspected at every phase of the home construction process, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
